I know, I know… But, actually, my own experiences with this have been almost 100% positive until now. I ordered the clothing, and it took over a week to realize I hadn’t received a shipping update. I decided to check in with them and only then was told that one of the items I ordered was no longer available. Excuse me! That’s problem number one.

The second problem was when my order still hadn’t gone out in the time that I’d been told it would. I checked in repeatedly as I had been expecting to receive it in time to wear one of the items to an event. Do you see how expectations beget more expectations? I’d been told that shipping would take 10-14 days. I was not told that while shipping would take that amount of time, it would take an additional 10-14 days for the order to be packaged and then shipped.

I finally got my items about 25 after placing the order, and while I’m happy with the pieces themselves, I will likely not order from them again. This is not because they weren’t responsive; they were. This is not because the items were low-quality; they’re quite nice and high-quality, and fortunately, they both fit and look good on me.

I will likely not order from them again simply because the experience of having been told one thing and then experiencing another left me with a bad taste. That’s it. That’s all it took. Here’s the reality. Had I been told from the beginning that the order and shipping process would take a month, I probably would have still ordered the items. That’s how much I like them. But, now they lost a returning customer because they didn’t manage my expectations properly.
